1) Click on the Member Hub website.

 

2) Fill out the PTA Membership Form.  

 

3) Pay for your membership on the Member Hub website.

 

4) Member Hub will email you your PTA membership.

 

5) You may also pay $10 in cash or make a check out to Falcon Cove Middle School PTA and turn it into the PTA box in the main office
